Support a Worthy Cause: All proceeds from the Kindness Card will be donated to Folds of Honor, a charity dedicated to honoring and supporting the families of America’s fallen and disabled military heroes.

Yes, you must be a loyalty member to purchase a Kindness Card. This ensures we can communicate your monthly perks and deliver them straight to your loyalty inbox.
Not a member yet? It’s quick and easy to join! Simply download the Grain & Berry Official App and sign up for our loyalty program. This way, you’ll never miss a notification and can enjoy all the exclusive perks your Kindness Card has to offer throughout 2025.
By purchasing the Kindness Card, we will automatically tag your loyalty account to receive perks in 2025. Perks will be sent directly to your loyalty inbox. Do not delete this message! There will be a push notification and email also sent to your email address on file. You can find your current perk by visiting “Inbox”.
How do I redeem my monthly perks?
Perks can be used in-app, online, and in-store. Simply visit any participating location and use your loyalty account to claim your perk.
How to redeem in app: Add items to cart and navigate to checkout. At the top of the checkout screen select ‘Apply Available Offers’. Select this offer and click ‘Apply’.
Can I buy more than one Kindness Card?
Unfortunately not, each card must be tied to a unique loyalty account. Perks cannot be combined.
Are there any restrictions on perks?
Perks are valid for one-time use during their assigned month and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Unused perks do not roll over to the following month. Be sure to redeem them before they expire!
Can I redeem my loyalty points on orders with the perks discounts?
No, loyalty points cannot be redeemed on orders that include the monthly perk from the Kindness Card. You can choose to use either your loyalty points or the monthly perk discount during a single transaction, but not both at the same time. This ensures fairness and accuracy in applying your rewards.
Can I earn loyalty points on orders with the perks discounts?
Yes, you will earn loyalty points on the non-discounted portion of your order total. For example, if your order is $25 and the monthly perk discount is $8.74, you will earn points on the remaining $16.26. Points are calculated based on the amount paid after discounts are applied., before tax and tip
